Day Seven! Woo Hoo! A week of recipes. Some are obviously easier than others but this is one of are favorite go to munchie snacks. You can’t go wrong with flavorful whipped cream and delicious berries.
Again, you can obviously adjust the sweetness and chocolatey-ness of this but we found this was our perfect combination. Now, if you’re truly that lazy and can’t be bothered to make this, you can always enjoy some chocolate reddi wip. But trust us, this is the way to go.
Fun fact, those berries may have looked beautiful, but they were actually disgusting and incredibly bitter.
Chocolate Whipped Cream
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3—4 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 1 ½ tablespoons cocoa powder
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon instant coffee
Step 1: In a chilled bowl, begin to beat the heavy cream and instant coffee on a medium speed.
Step 2: When the cream begins to take shape and thicken, add the powdered sugar and cocoa powder.
Step 3: When the cream has thickened to the consistency of your liking, stir in the vanilla.
Step 4: Serve with fresh fruit.
